You Break Through

This dentistry is one of the best that I've tried in the East Bay! The office is very clean and uses really high tech and modern machinery that I've never experienced in other offices. It's not your average dental office. While I normally don't look forward to getting my teeth cleaned, the staff made me feel immediately relaxed and I felt well taken care of. Dr.Sran was very thoughtful and attentive, and answered all of my concerns. He was really easy to talk to and you can tell he's very committed to your health. They also took really thorough images and xrays, which helped me understand the health and condition of my teeth even more. If you're looking for a dentist in this area, I highly recommend going to see Dr.Sran at Concord Modern Dentistry. I'll definitely be coming back here to improve and maintain my teeth!

Amazing office in a great location too! Maolia greeted me in the lobby and made my check in process simple and quick. The assistant Lula was great, x-rays were quick and her hospitality was outstanding. Dr. Sran was very kind and thorough through the exam, answering any questions I had and making sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Can’t wait to be back!

I saw this practice when I dropped off my kid at gymnastics. Lucky for me, I was shopping around for a new dentist and decided to make an appointment. It was much easier than I was used to; once scheduled you're sent a MyChart link to set up your patient profile. Gone are the days of filling out endless paperwork one-hour before seeing the doctor. Upon my arrival Dr. Sran and Malia kindly welcomed me into the office and had me in an exam chair 5 minutes later. There, Lourdes, aka Lula, asked about my dental, medical, and medication history, then proceeded to inform me about the next steps, x-rays. She made the process as comfortable as possible, but compared to the archaic films this was a breeze. After transferring to the exam room, Dr.Sran kindly introduced himself and got to know me as a busy mom and proceeded to check my gum numbers. He then explained my need of a deep clean and what he saw in the images to come to this conclusion. I really appreciate this transparency as it's the first time I've experienced it in a dental office. Dr. Sran invited Malia into the conversation since she handled the insurance side, and she informed me of the cost and insurance coverage. I was pleasantly surprised when she and Dr. Sran didn't rush me into my decision, and even gave me space to discuss the costs with my husband. After I agreed to proceed with the procedure, Lula quickly prepared the room while explaining to me what will be done and what to expect. During the procedure, Dr. Sran and Lula took great care of me and listened to my need to rid excess water accumulating in my throat. They patiently waited for me to get comfortable again before proceeding. Once finished, Dr. Sran gave Lula space to finish with the laser decon and fluoride treatment. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from everyone in this practice, and even happier to learn that Dr. Sran and Lula can help me with fitting my obstructive sleep appliance in their office. I feel like I've hit the jackpot of dentistries!
